These terms of service ("TOS") govern all orders placed by the CLIENT (the "CLIENT") for one or more service(s) (the "Service(s)") as proposed on this website (this "Site") by the company SAVESMART LTD (the "PROVIDER").
These online TOS are accessible at any time on this website and shall prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any contradictory document.
The PROVIDER reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time. They will then be applicable as soon as they are posted online.
Article 1: Definitions
"CLIENT" : any individual or legal entity placing an order for a Service on the Site for their personal needs, in their own name and for their own account.
"Order" : any action by which the CLIENT selects a service on the Site (for example, the IMUGA Maldives travel declaration ), validates the ordering process, and pays the price in accordance with the conditions defined in Article 5 of these TOS.
The IMUGA Maldives Traveller Declaration is an official digital form implemented by the Maldivian authorities to simplify the entry process for travelers. This form is mandatory for all international passengers arriving in the Maldives , whether they hold a visa or are visa-exempt. It centralizes immigration and health formalities that were previously separate, to facilitate administrative procedures while ensuring effective control of travelers' health and safety conditions. The IMUGA Maldives thus ensures a faster and smoother arrival, while respecting the official requirements of the Maldivian authorities.
"Host" : means the individual or legal entity providing, within the meaning of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, a storage activity of any content intended to be made available to the public by online public communication services.
Internet: Global network for data exchange consisting of networks and servers linked together via an interconnection of global electronic communication networks, accessible to any user with adequate computer equipment.
"PROVIDER" : the company SAVESMART LTD as identified in the header of these TOS.
"Service" : designates all services provided to Users, accessible via this site.
"Site" : this website, as published by the PROVIDER.
"User" : designates any person browsing the Site, whether CLIENT or not.
Article 2: Purpose
This website offers online assistance for travelers wishing to complete their IMUGA Maldives Traveller Declaration form before their departure or stay in the Maldives.
These terms of service define the contractual relationships between the PROVIDER and users of the site wishing to obtain an IMUGA Maldives for their travel.
Use of this site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Service (TOS).
Placing an order for a Service implies full and unreserved adherence by the CLIENT to these TOS, to the exclusion of any other provision. The CLIENT declares having read the TOS and accepted them by checking the box provided for this purpose during the online ordering procedure.
In the event of modification of these TOS by the PROVIDER, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the CLIENT.
Article 3: Ordering Process
The CLIENT, wishing to use the online service of the PROVIDER to finalize their application for obtaining the IMUGA Maldives Traveller Declaration, must obligatorily:
• Fill out the identification form with the essential information requested on the online form.
• Application page: application for the traveller declaration, Imuga Maldives https://maldives-imuga.e-visa.org/application
• Validate the form after providing all information.
• Confirm the order by clicking "Pay".
• Be redirected to the Payment Information page, enter bank details and validate the secure payment.
• After payment, provide all additional information requested to finalize the application for the IMUGA Maldives Traveller Declaration.
In all cases, after payment, the PROVIDER will confirm by email the registered order, summarizing the essential characteristics and the detail of the price of the service(s).
Article 4: Service Prices
4-1: Application for a new IMUGA Maldives Traveller Declaration
a) Service fees
The PROVIDER's service fees amount to €59.00 including VAT.
This rate includes:
- Processing and administrative fees
- Fees related to follow-up SMS.
b) Refund
Once an application for a IMUGA Maldives Traveller Declaration has been made, no refund can be granted, regardless of the reason. The CLIENT acknowledges and accepts that the service consists of personalized assistance for the preparation of their application, and that this assistance is immediately engaged upon validation of payment.
Article 5: Payment Terms
The price is due upon order.
Prices are indicated including VAT and in euros.
Payments will be made exclusively by credit card via a secure SSL system.
The PROVIDER is only contractually bound from the receipt of the debit authorization for the payment by the banking institution.
Article 6: Processing Time, Modification, Refusal
Processing of the application for the IMUGA Maldives Traveller Declaration generally takes between 12 and 72 hours.
As soon as the application is processed, the CLIENT will receive their IMUGA in PDF format at their personal email address.
(* The final IMUGA will be sent on the same day if travel is imminent, or at least 3 days before departure if scheduled later.)
Modification: Once the IMUGA Maldives has been sent to the CLIENT, no information can be modified on the final document. For any modification, a new application must be submitted.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
Given the urgent nature of the orders, the execution of the services begins upon validation of payment and receipt of the complete file, before the expiration of the legal withdrawal period.
Consequently, the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Article 8: Personal Data
To exercise their rights, the CLIENT can send their request to support@e-visa.online or by postal mail to SAVESMART LTD, 14/2e Docklands Business Centre 10-16 Tiller Road, London England,E14 8PX, with a copy of a signed identity document.
Article 9: Intellectual Property
All elements of the site and PDF guides are protected and remain the exclusive property of the PROVIDER.
Any reproduction or redistribution without authorization is prohibited.
Article 10: Hyperlinks
The PROVIDER's liability is not engaged for the content of third-party sites.
Links to our site are authorized under conditions specified in the text.
Article 11: Confidentiality
The CLIENT and the PROVIDER agree to keep confidential all information exchanged.
The PROVIDER only discloses the information received on the official Imuga Maldives site: https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv/
Article 12: Declaration – Non-official Site
The PROVIDER informs the CLIENT that this site is not the official site of the IMUGA Maldives Traveller Declaration, and is not affiliated with the Maldivian authorities.
Use of the official site remains free, but it does not offer assistance or personalized follow-up of your application. By choosing our service, you benefit from comprehensive support, including:
• verification of all your information before submission,
• receipt of your Imuga Maldives in PDF ready to present at the airport
This service saves time, avoids errors, and allows you to travel with complete peace of mind, unlike the official site which does not provide this level of assistance.
Article 13: Liabilities and Guarantees
The PROVIDER does not guarantee continuous availability of the site.
It is not responsible for interruptions, malfunctions, or the CLIENT's inadmissibility to the territory of the Maldives.
Issuance of the IMUGA Maldives Traveller Declaration remains at the discretion of the Maldivian authorities.
Article 14: Force Majeure
The Site Publisher is not responsible in case of force majeure affecting the execution of the service.
Article 15: Modification/Revision of the TOS
The PROVIDER may modify the TOS at any time.
Any refusal to accept the new TOS results in the impossibility of accessing the service.
Article 16: Retention and Archiving
Orders and invoices are archived on a reliable medium in accordance with Article 1379 of the Civil Code.
Article 17: Partial Nullity / Non-Waiver
The nullity of one clause does not affect the other stipulations.
The PROVIDER may avail itself of its rights without tacit waiver.
Article 18: Applicable Law / Jurisdiction / Mediation
These TOS are governed by French law.
Disputes fall under French jurisdiction.
